SeekSoft A-GR is AOPL's RFID IoT tunnel for automated GRN and supply chain traceability. A pallet, roll cage or carton stack passes the dock once — every RAIN RFID tag is read without line of sight, reconciled against the ASN and purchase order, and posted as a goods receipt into SAP, Oracle or your WMS before the truck leaves the bay.
The Challenges We Solve

Tag & Aggregate
RAIN RFID labels are applied at item, carton or pallet level and aggregated into an SSCC hierarchy — carton to pallet to shipment — either at your supplier's line or at your own print-and-apply station.
Gate-In & ASN Pull
The vehicle is registered at the gate and SeekSoft pulls the matching ASN, inbound delivery or purchase order from the ERP, so the tunnel knows exactly what it should see before the door opens.
One Pass Through the Tunnel
The pallet crosses the portal on a forklift, pallet truck or conveyor. Multiple antennas read every tag in the stack simultaneously, and direction sensors confirm whether the load moved in or out.
Reconcile & Flag
The read set is matched line by line against the ASN. Shortages, excess, wrong batch, expired stock and unexpected SKUs are flagged on the operator display and on the andon light stack while the vehicle is still at the bay.
Post & Trace
A clean match posts the goods receipt automatically into SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or your WMS, and writes an EPCIS event so the carton's full genealogy stays queryable for audits and recalls.
