Product Overview
The MoM HTP 6024 is an ultra-durable high-temperature resistant on-metal label designed to endure the most severe thermal conditions in modern manufacturing. Constructed with an advanced heat-stabilized printable outer film and specialized bonding agent, this label survives intense cyclic baking steps reaching up to +230°C (+446°F) for 30 minutes across 3 separate cycles. This thermal resilience makes it ideal for tracking assets through autoclave sterilization, powder-coating, or automotive paint-shop ovens. It operates on the ETSI frequency band using an expanded-memory NXP UCODE 9xm chip that provides a 496-bit EPC and 752-bit User space. It provides a reliable read range of 4.0 meters on metallic surfaces and carries a certified IP68 submersible waterproof rating.
