The ClearShell™ MoM 6024 UX upgrades standard flexible label design by embedding high-performance circuitry inside an impact-resistant transparent polycarbonate hard-shell casing. This rugged outer armor provides exceptional mechanical protection and introduces an optimized dielectric gap that separates the antenna from grounding surfaces. Powered by the specialized NXP UCODE X chip, it pushes wireless boundaries to project an extraordinary read range of up to 11 meters under FCC regulations. It also performs exceptionally well in alternative regions, yielding a clean 7.0 meters of coverage within European ETSI parameters. Delivered as standalone single tags measuring 74 x 39 x 2.5 mm, it supports embedded black variable data printing and features strong resistance to industrial solvents.
