The Pipe Inspection Crawler is a specialized tethered robot designed for internal inspection of pipelines, drains, and confined spaces in municipal water systems, industrial facilities, and sewer networks. It navigates through pipes of various diameters using rugged crawler tracks while transmitting HD video and sensor data back to the operator in real time via a reinforced waterproof tether. Equipped with a HD Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera, high-intensity LED lighting, and adjustable wheel configurations, the crawler captures detailed pipe interior visuals in any condition. With multi-diameter compatibility from 150 mm to 2000 mm+, IP68 full submersion rating, and high-pressure capability up to 10 bar, it operates in fully flooded, high-pressure, and challenging pipeline environments.
