PolyScope Interface
All UR cobots are programmed using the same 12-inch touchscreen Teach Pendant and graphical interface. If an operator knows how to program a UR3e, they immediately know how to program a UR20.
Built-in Force/Torque Sensing
A 6-axis force/torque sensor is integrated directly into the tool flange of every model. This allows the cobot to "feel" its environment, which is critical for precision tasks like inserting pins, sanding surfaces, or stopping safely upon human contact.
Micro-Footprint
At just 128 mm in diameter at the base, it can be mounted inside tight CNC machines or directly on standard electronics workbenches.
Drop-in Replacement
This human-scale reach, combined with a 5 kg payload, makes it incredibly easy to drop the UR5e into an existing workstation without having to redesign the cell layout.
