Web Application Developer

We are looking for passionate, self-motivated technical individuals that have the desire and​capability to think outside the box to solve complex problems. AOPL is seeking very talented​Software Developers with an emphasis on C# using Visual Studio. This role will require the​applicant to work within a tight team to design, develop and maintain data-driven software​solutions including advanced RFID/NFC, Web, Mobile (iOS, Android, WP8) and Windows​Desktop applications against MS-SQL Server and SQLite databases.​

EXPERTISE

• Dot net , c#, MVC, API service development , MS sql server.
• 1-3+ years of software engineering experience with .Net, C#
• experience in building application APIs with REST services.
• experience with web services and Entity framework
• Experience building applications with data storage, data persistence and caching​concepts using SQL and NoSQL technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Working experience with Agile software development methods, scrum a plus.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Agile software development, test-​driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, continuous​Integration, continuous delivery) and experience to setup, configure and maintain a​dev/build environment..
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and assist Product Support teams in solving customer​problems as needed.
• Perform code reviews, create unit and integration tests, etc.
• Understanding of writing good specifications, understanding requirements, and​project management roles
• Researching and exploring how to use new technologies and platforms.
• Be a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to collaborate with other programmers and help ensure successful team-​based delivery
• The developer is accountable for product tests to develop strong value propositions
• This role will ensure data integrity by characterizing RFID product in RFID encoding​systems and developing encode parameters.
• This position has direct customer interaction to understand use cases and tagging​requirements
• Translate customer requirements into design of experiments to define and recommend​RFID and IoT solutions.
• Consult with market development managers sales team and customers with​application testing and product recommendation
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of customer and partner feedback on​product samples
• Required system hardware/software setup and integration Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years engineering research scientific or related experience​required, master's degree preferred
• Experienced with application engineering processes: collect data interpret data​translate to real world benefits and outcomes
• Experience with RFID Wireless Communications protocols analog and power circuits​and computer programming.
• Skilled with applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Google​Applications and function specific software.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, demonstrated effectively working​with cross functional teams
• Keen interest in new technologies and their applications
• Keen attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills with ability to​be an advisor to clients and build strong and sustainable relationships
